About Jenny

I am a girl mom of two and a Certified Prenatal/Postnatal Chiropractor and Exercise Specialist. Along with my own experiences, I have several certifications in prenatal and postpartum care and rehab. I enjoy creating workouts for moms that support your body through all stages of motherhood.

I started going to Empowered Mamas Fitness classes around week 11 of my pregnancy for my first baby. I can’t say enough good things about it! It was a workout I could feel safe about sustaining my entire prenatal period. Throughout my pregnancy and especially in the third trimester, my medical providers would comment on how well I was moving around and ask what I was doing - I know it was because of these classes. I felt very prepared and comfortable with different positions that supported labor, and when I ended up getting an epidural I could still move myself and that truly helped me feel empowered during a scary time. My recovery from my delivery has been really straightforward and I feel like i can easily focus on my baby and adjusting to being a new mom because my body does what I need it to. I have continued these classes after my little girl arrived and I can honestly say I feel stronger and better about myself. Classes have a very welcoming atmosphere and it’s easy to modify workouts to fit individualy needs. I will enjoy conintiuing attending Empowered Mamas Classses!
